The above image is taken by the Indian spacecraft Mangalyaan on 9th November 2017 with an altitude of 42,433 km from the surface. The spatial resolution of the image is 2.2 km. It covers volcanic summits in the Tharsis region (Olympus Mons), Arsia mons, Pavonis mons and Ascraeus mons.
