Image Description:
New Horizons spacecraft flyby over southwest highlands of Pluto, these highlands were fully composed of nitrogen ice which was named as Sputnik Planitia. The dark coloured part is terrain Cthulhu Macula with blocky mountains ranges in right of image.
Pluto Flyby:
New Horizons made flyby over Voyager Terra, Pioneer Terra and bladed terrain of Tartarus Dorsa where you can find deep and wide pits (in eastern hemisphere).
Charon Flyby: (Pluto's Moon)
New Horizons also made a flyby over Pluto's moon "Charon". It flied over wide Canyon of Serenity Chasma, Dorothy Gale creater and dark polar hood of Mordor Macula. Then its flight turned towards Oz Terra, Vulcan Planum and moated mountains of Clarke Montes.
